Thank you for your interest in our Maytown Winter Festival "Antique, Art/Craft Show" being held in Maytown's Historic Center Square. The community is looking forward to this exciting outdoor event and would like you to be included as the popularity of this show continues to grow.

Checks or money orders payable to the Maytown Historical Society must accompany application. See section (C) next page. Applications received before October 25, 2013 will receive early notification. Applications received without signature or initials will be returned. See signature lines on next page.

Vendors are responsible for providing ALL booth materials. All vendors must exhibit or sell items relating to the season. Vendors may not exhibit or sell outside their assigned area.

A single space measures 10' x 10' and double spaces measure 25' x 10'.

$____________ ARTIST/CRAFTER: $50 per space. See space measurements above. Please enclose two Photos with your Applications, one (1) showing items to be exhibited and one (1) showing the overall display. Your photos should CLEARLY show the type of work you intend to sell. Photos will be returned.
